Could the Singapore Police Force publish statistics of the resolution rate of criminal cases?

I tried looking for such data but could not find any. Such information, however, is periodically published by the Hong Kong police.

Perhaps the police could publish the proportion of cases solved, on a quarterly basis, to improve transparency and efficiency.

Could I also find out what the police's target response time is?

When I was in Hong Kong, I called the police there about a public nuisance at around midnight, and the police arrived within a few minutes.

In Singapore, when I called the police about a gang fight in 1996, it took them 20 minutes to reach the scene. By then, the fight was over and all the gangsters had left.
