We thank Ms Shamim Moledina for her comments ("Improve range, packaging at supermarket"; Forum Online, May 3) and for shopping at our Kembangan outlet in Lengkong Tiga, which is a smaller store due to the constraints of space available.

The product range in our various outlets are usually determined by several factors, which include store capacity and demand.

Nonetheless, regardless of store size, we strive to ensure that stocks are replenished regularly in varying sizes to cater for individual consumption as well as for families.

As a retailer with a heart, we will continue to improve and adapt our services and offerings to cater to the evolving needs of our customers.
