We apologise for the delay in the premium economy seat installation programme on our A-380 fleet ("Full refunds in order when sales cannot be honoured" by Mr Yeoh Oon Siew; Forum Online, Sept 11).
A full refund is one of the options available to affected customers should they no longer wish to travel on their original flight.
We apologise if this was not communicated clearly to Mr Yeoh and his family, and we have since followed up with him directly.
