Individuals may submit their SkillsFuture Credit claims up to 60 days before the start date of their course till the day of the course's commencement.

Generally, the time period provided is sufficient for claimants.

Training providers are reminded to inform their course participants at the point of course registration if a course is SkillsFuture Credit-eligible, and that claims must be submitted within the stipulated 60-day claims period before the course commences.

The information is also made known on the SkillsFuture website.

We advise individuals to inform their training providers of their intention to use their SkillsFuture Credit during course registration, and to ask for the relevant amount to be offset against the course fees.
