The bus bay at the Woodlands Checkpoint prior to passengers entering Malaysia is not only overcrowded, but the air quality there is also very poor because of the emissions from the vehicles.

Some buses that appear to be associated with touts add to the problem.

I urge the authorities to look into the overcrowding as it could have security implications, and also to find ways to improve the air quality at the bus bay.
