More often than not, when I make a transfer at bus stop 10017 (after Hospital Drive), my fare gets over-deducted.
Services like 2, 12, 54 and 190, which leave the terminus at Singapore General Hospital, seem to be reflecting the bus-stage in their readers incorrectly when commuters board at bus stop 10017.
Is Transitlink able to fix this issue? If it requires manual intervention by the bus drivers to get the fare stage updated correctly, then the onus is on Transitlink to get the bus operators to have their drivers do their part to be fair to all commuters.
