I would like to find out the zoo's policy on admissions.

At 5.30pm on Oct 28, I tried to gain admission, but was turned away by the attendant, who told me that the last admission was at 5.30pm.

The website clearly states that the last ticket sale is at 5.30pm.

If the counter is still selling tickets at 5.30pm, I am surprised that visitors are not allowed entry at 5.30pm. Also, again referring to the website, the closing time is supposed to be 6pm.

Furthermore, the attendants present that day seemed to disagree among themselves as to what the last admission time should be.

One looked very willing to let me in. However, the other disagreed.
