I live in Sengkang and the POSB branch and ATMs in Compass Point shopping centre were of great service to many people like me.

As part of renovation works, the POSB branch and five ATMs are closed.

Customers were advised of the locations of the nearest ATMs - in Sengkang Kopitiam Square and Rivervale Plaza.

But there is only one ATM at Sengkang Kopitiam Square, and there is always a long queue of customers waiting to use it.

In contrast, OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank have at least two ATMs at Sengkang MRT station and bus interchange. Could DBS Bank/POSB install at least two ATMs at this location as well?

This will bring greater convenience to people living in the neighbourhood.
