Increase no-smoking area around bus stops

Currently, smoking is banned within 5m of a bus stop.

Often, we see dustbins positioned around that distance away from a bus stop, and smokers smoking next to these bins.

However, due to the proximity, cigarette smoke invariably wafts over to the bus stop.

I suggest that all bins be relocated a farther distance away, say 10m.

This is still a reasonable distance and smokers will still be able to reach the bus stop with relative ease in time to board the bus.

We need to protect the rights and health of non-smokers, considering that the chemical products emitted from cigarette smoke can induce the onset of cancer.
