I fully agree with Mr Muhammad Dzul Azhan Haji Sahban's observations and suggestions ("Ways residents can communicate with their MPs"; Dec 17).

I would further suggest having standardised e-forms to help bring up issues and concerns, as well as the requested actions required of their MPs by residents.

This would facilitate clearer communication.

If interviews with MPs are required, these could be done via video calls, thus, saving time from one having to be physically present.

There are many productivity gains to be had in this area and we can move towards becoming a truly Smart Nation.
