Look to workers in their 50s" by Mr Loh Wai Poon; Oct 24, "Determine real reasons for bias against older workers" by Mr Lionel Loi Zhi Rui; Oct 25, and "Programmes available to help firms employ mature workers" by the National Trades Union Congress; Oct 29).
For instance, bus operators may designate two grades of drivers - trunk and feeder.
The latter would drive feeder service routes, which are less demanding, as they cover shorter distances. This may be more attractive to older workers.
