On the morning of Nov 2, I took the bus towards Serangoon MRT station only to realise that there was a train fault, which meant no service between Marymount and Botanic Gardens stations.

I appeal to our transport operators to get bus drivers to inform passengers of any train disruptions.

This will allow commuters to reroute earlier in the journey and prevent congregation at MRT stations which worsens the situation.
