Currently, there is only one POSB ATM at Jurong East MRT station.

Invariably, the queue of customers waiting to use it is exceedingly long, especially during peak hours.

Exacerbating this situation is the fact that this ATM breaks down quite often.

When this happens, customers would have to walk to ATMs at the nearby malls; this results in a lot of inconvenience and time wasted.

In view of the strong demand, it would be a good idea if another POSB/DBS Bank ATM could be installed next to the current one at the MRT station.

This would significantly ease the crunch and reduce waiting time for customers.
