The 15 minutes allowed for the free transfer at two interchange stations on the upcoming Downtown Line 2 may be too short for commuters with mobility problems, especially during peak periods when the stations will be crowded ("Exit and re-enter on two DTL2 transfers"; Dec 2).

The transfer time should be extended by another 15 minutes to allow those with mobility problems to make the transfer without incurring the cost of two separate trips.
