My home: We live in Bukit Timah.
My passions: Spending quality time with my family, writing for travel magazines, exploring places off the beaten track in the east coast of peninsular Malaysia and appreciating various genres of music and their combinations.
I started writing to the Forum page...: In 2006, about road safety. What I write about: Climate change, governance and equality are issues that enthuse me. My exposure to different places and cultures, especially during my travels, helps me better understand human nature, humanity and socio-ecological systems, which in turn shape our country and planet.
Why I write: Mainly so that I can freely share my thoughts. However, with the sharing of knowledge and opinions comes responsibility.
I read the Forum page because...: I want to understand the matters that others are passionate about.
My wish for Singapore: My wish is for a resilient and united society that comprises those born and bred here, new Singaporeans as well as all those who choose to live in our little red dot.
