Tap rich potential in children

Children should be nurtured in a way that they enjoy acquiring knowledge as well as achieving progress ("Putting the joy in learning will make it a lifelong journey"; Nov 28).

One way is to design a curriculum that can tap the rich potential in them and tailor the teaching process based on the inclination of each child.

The more we stimulate the curiosity of a child, the faster we will see positive results.

The interaction between an educator and a child is a vital factor in helping the child gain knowledge.

Each child grows and develops at his own pace - some are fast learners, while others bloom later.

We must prepare our future generation and inculcate innovation and creativity in them.
