Second viewing of condo: CapitaLand replies

We apologise to Ms Eileen Ng for any inconvenience caused ("Condo booking fee paid but second viewing not allowed"; Tuesday).

It is CapitaLand's practice to facilitate buyers' access to completed condominium units as far as possible, pending completion of the sales process.

In this particular case, our contractor was doing some touch-up works on the apartment that Ms Ng and her husband had booked to ensure that it is ready for handing over to them.

The request from Ms Ng to visit the unit was not acceded to as works were still in progress. Arrangements had been made for Ms Ng to view the unit prior to the publication of her letter.
