Overwhelming response to bank promo

We note Mr Simon Tam Wing Tsang's feedback and thank him for his support ("Bank's handling of promotion misleading"; Nov 5 ).

In our SMS marketing, it was stated that the promotion vouchers were given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to the overwhelming response we received, all vouchers were fully redeemed within the first few days.

We have since worked with Mr Tam to clarify the matter.
