Minimising inconvenience during zoo upgrade

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused during Ms Celene Ting's last visit, and we assure her that we have taken care of the faulty locks ("Nursing facilities at zoo in bad state"; last Saturday).

Plans to refurbish our park's facilities for mothers have been scheduled to be implemented during the quieter months, to minimise the impact on our visitors.

This will be done in stages, but we will ensure there are ample facilities to cater to mothers during the renovations.

We thank Ms Ting for sharing her thoughts and look forward to welcoming her back to the park.
