It is encouraging to see that help is being provided to youngsters in non-traditional ways, like a Web chat (One-stop platform to help youth on cyber concerns; July 13).

It is a good way to reach out to youngsters, as they are more familiar and comfortable with using the online platform.

It would be helpful if social media influencers were engaged as well to promote this.

Many youngsters follow these influencers online. This would boost publicity efforts and make them more effective and targeted.
