FairPrice values feedback to improve service

The Pioneer Generation (PG) queues were introduced at our stores to encourage customers to give way to seniors at dedicated checkout lanes ("Manage priority queues better" by Mr Lim Khee Tee; last Tuesday).

This initiative seeks to promote a gracious society by encouraging customers to show consideration and respect towards our pioneers.

Priority queues are indicated by signage in our stores, and our staff are trained to serve customers, including the pioneers.

We are continually looking at ways to enhance our service to seniors, and we value Mr Lim's feedback in helping us to improve.

We also encourage our shoppers to spare a thought for PG cardholders at our stores.

Through everyone's efforts and patience, we can contribute towards an inclusive and kinder society.
