Don't let a few mistakes eclipse success of event

THE recent SEA Games has been criticised for several problems ("Learn from mistakes of SEA Games" by Dr Robin Chee Ming Feng; last Friday).

However, I hope the organising committee will not be demoralised, but will take the criticism as good feedback for improvement.

Mistakes take place in all big events, including major sporting ones, such as the Asian Games and the Olympics.

We should not let a few mistakes eclipse the success of the whole Games.
