Customer feedback will drive improvement

We appreciate Mr Jake Ling Zhi Wei's compliments for Rex and Ms Wong, and we are glad that they were able to satisfy his dining expectations ("Memorable birthday for mum at eatery"; Sept 4).

We shall congratulate them for their great work.

Mr Ling's positive feedback will certainly help to drive, inspire and motivate us to improve ourselves further.

We apologise for the disappointment in the food presented to his family.

We will continually be reviewing the standard of our food and we will try our best to meet every guest's expectation.

Once again, we thank Mr Ling for his effort in raising the matter and for being our loyal guest.

We value our guests' experience and we look forward to hosting Mr Ling and his family again soon.
