Build childcare centres within nursing homes

As our society ages, we can expect more of our senior citizens to end up in nursing or old folks' homes.

Despite the facilities, many of our senior citizens at these homes will naturally suffer from varying degrees of depression and feelings of isolation.

We should seriously consider building childcare centres or pre-schools in such homes.

This will give our senior citizens not only the opportunity to interact with the children, but also therapeutic relief for their feelings of isolation or depression.

Having children around lightens the atmosphere and brightens the spirits of adults. The sharing of experience and innocence between one who has seen the world and one who is curious about everything will be invaluable.
