Bouquets: Service staff brightened my day

Service staff brightened my day

I recently visited the FairPrice outlet in Bukit Merah to replace a couple of lamps which I had bought.

I was quite tired after work and found it difficult to get the exact combination of base, colour tone and wattage that I was looking for.

However, a customer service representative, Ms Bushbha Krishnasamy, went the extra mile to help me and brightened my day.

It is that small extra step that one takes for the customer which makes the difference between good service and great service.

Good Samaritans to the rescue

I want to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Hwei Chong, Evelyn and Mark for going out of their way to take me to a nearby clinic when I slipped and fell around the Phillip Street and Golden Shoe area last month.

Thank you, Hwei Chong, for lending me your strong, friendly back - I hope I was not too heavy.

Thank you, Evelyn and Mark, for helping with my belongings and going along to the clinic to ensure my well-being.

I suffered a strained ligament in my ankle that required me to be in a cast and on crutches for several weeks. Thank you once again and

God bless you.
