Bouquets: Professional yet warm, friendly care

Professional yet warm, friendly care

I was admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital from Feb 22 to 26 for asthma and felt very well cared for by the staff at admissions, the accident and emergency department, A&E observation ward, and Ward 8A.

The professional yet warm and friendly bedside manner of the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and service staff made my stay a pleasant one.

Kudos also to the catering team for nourishing yet flavourful meals that were well presented.

A few days after I was discharged, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from a staff nurse from Ward 8A to check on my progress and health.

A big thank you to all of them for helping me get back on the road to recovery and health.

Doctor with a big heart

I am grateful to Dr Dinesh Nair of the Heart Matters Medical Centre for saving both my parents.

He treated my mother for her heart condition and, recently, came to the rescue again when my father had chest pains.

My family and I have never met a doctor like him.

He goes the extra mile and visits my parents and calls on them occasionally to check on them.

We thank him for his dedication and his assurances.
