Bank responds quickly to feedback

On Sept 16, I posted a picture on Facebook of the ATM machines outside the Marine Parade POSB branch and highlighted how queue boxes drawn on the ground made things so orderly there.

I suggested that the bank use this system at all its branches, as I have been frequently appalled by the disorderly queues at the POSB and DBS Bank branches in Bedok North.

To my surprise, the bank acted on my suggestion, even though it was the weekend, and on Sept 18, I saw brand new queue boxes painted on the ground at the Bedok North branches.

The staff did a marvellous job in sacrificing their weekend to respond to public feedback, and working hard to get the boxes painted in one day.
