Vicom profit up 4.2% in 2015

SINGAPORE - Vicom, the vehicle-testing and inspection unit of ComfortDelgro, on Thursday (Feb 4) posted a 4.2 per cent rise in net profit to S$31.4 million for the full year ended Dec 31.

Revenue fell 1.3 per cent to S$106.7 million.

No quarterly data was disclosed.

A final dividend of 9.50 cents per share and a special dividend of 10.25 cents per share was declared, up from 8.75 cents and 9.50 cents respectively in 2014.

Earnings per share stood at 35.45 cents, up from 34.02 cents in 2014. Net asset value per share was 165.03 cents as at Dec 31, up from 156.74 cents the same period a year ago.
