SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two sites at Perumal Road and Toh Tuck Road for sale under the second half 2015 government land sales programme, a release issued on Tuesday (Nov 29) stated.

The residential with first-storey commercial site at Perumal Road is under the Confirmed List, while the residential site at Toh Tuck Road is on the Reserve List - which means the site will be put up for tender only if a developer's minimum bid price is acceptable to the Government.

Together, these two sites can potentially yield about 525 residential units, the URA release added.

Tender for the site at Perumal Road will close at 12 noon on Jan 10, 2017.
