SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released three residential sites for sale under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme in the first half of 2017.

Sites at Woodleigh Lane and Serangoon North Avenue 1 for sale under the Confirmed List, URA said in a release issued on Tuesday, while the site at Yishun Avenue 9 is available for application under the Reserve List.

Together, these three sites can potentially yield about 1,955 residential units, the release added.

The tender for the site at Woodleigh Lane will close at 12 noon on July 11, 2017, and for the site at Serangoon North Avenue 1 will close at 12 noon on July 27, 2017.

Confirmed sites go on sale regardless of interest, while land under reserved sites will be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government or when there is sufficient market interest for the site.
