URA launches tender for residential site at Prince Charles Crescent

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the residential site at Prince Charles Crescent for sale by public tender.

URA said in a statement on Feb 28 that the tender is "to provide developers and home-buyers with more choices for private housing".

The land parcel at Prince Charles Crescent, which can yield about 655 residential units, is launched for sale under the confirmed list of the Government Land Sales programme for the first half of 2014.

The tender for the site at Prince Charles Crescent will close at noon on April 16.
