Developing an Effective Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for SMEs

Time: 9am to 5pm
Venue: Singapore Business Federation Seminar Room 2 (21st Level, Keppel Towers)
Early Bird Fee: SBF members - $800.36; Non-members - $941.60
The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is an integral component of any company's response planning. It details how the business will operate following an incident and how it expects to return to "business as usual" in the fastest and most effective manner.
A BCP need not necessarily be specific to a single disruptive incident. It can be tailored to meet different types of incidents that might cause inaccessibility to your facility. The plan itself sets out the agreed arrangements for bringing events under control, the necessary resources for maintaining critical business functions and the staff required to co-ordinate actions.
Attend this interactive workshop to master the key concepts of developing an effective and robust BCP.
