Tuan Sing launches freehold condo Cluny Park Residence

Property developer Tuan Sing Holdings launched Cluny Park Residence, a freehold condominium project in Bukit Timah, on Thursday.

It is planning to build two- to four-bedroom units, including eight penthouses, on the 49,000 sq ft site.

Chief executive William Liem said: "Even before our official launch (on) Saturday, we already have commitments for close to 40 per cent of the units.

"Our buyers include professionals and businessmen, with the majority being Singaporeans."

Prices for each of the 52 units start at $2.3 million, the mainboard-listed company said.

The showflat at Dempsey Road will be open from 10am on Saturday, Mar 8.

Nestled around the development are good class-bungalows, as well as the French Embassy. It is also close to Nanyang Primary School, Raffles' Girls Primary School, Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Hwa Chong Institution.

Amenities in the precinct include the Botanic Gardens MRT station, which is part of the Circle Line, and the upcoming Downtown Line slated for completion in a few years.

The project is expected to receive its temporary occupation permit in the third quarter of 2016, said Tuan Sing in a statement.
