Three land plots near Holland Village, which can each host a good-class bungalow (GCB), have been launched for sale.
The adjoining land plots can be bought singly or together, said said marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield.
In total, they occupy a land area of 52,992 sq ft. The sites are located along Holland Rise and East Sussex Lane, within walking distance of Holland Village,
Cushman & Wakefield's executive director of capital markets Shaun Poh said strong interest is anticipated for these sites. Expressions of interest in the sites will be accepted until April 24.
"Opportunities to acquire large-sized adjoining GCB land plots such as this are very rare in land-scarce Singapore," he said. Such bungalows, the most luxurious homes in Singapore, can only be built on designated prime land with a minimum plot area of about 15,000 sq ft.
"We expect keen interest for this site given its excellent locality and site attributes for buyers to build their dream homes."
