SINGAPORE - JTC Corporation has put up for sale by public tender a 0.57-hectare site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 4), under the first half 2015 industrial government land sales programme.

The confirmed list site is zoned for Business-2 development, meaning it is for heavier and more pollutive industrial use, JTC said on Tuesday. The site has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tender closes on May 26, 2015, at 11am.
