Singapore's non-oil domestic exports dipped 0.7 per cent last month over the same period last year, as a result of slower electronics exports.

Statistics released on Friday showed electronics exports fell 7.6 per cent in July, dragged down by slower sales of personal computers, integrated circuits and disk media products.

Exports of non-electronic products expanded 3 per cent over the same month last year, reversing June's decline of 7.2 per cent, said trade agency IE Singapore.

The growth was led by more exports of ship and boat structures, printed matter and petrochemicals.
