The Quinn, a freehold residential development along Bartley Road, is set to be launched near the end of this month, developer Top Global said today.

The 139-unit project sits on a site of about 7,083.5 sq m. Unit sizes range from 484 sq ft one-bedders to penthouses larger than 2,000 sq ft.

Top Global chief operating officer Jennifer Chang said in a statement that the nearby upcoming Bidadari township is expected to raise the project's capital value.

Its Temporary Occupation Permit date is expected to be Dec 31, 2016.
