SINGAPORE - The public tender of a residential site near Sembawang Park, that can yield 110 housing units, was launched on Thursday (Feb 25) by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

The 99-year leasehold site at Jalan Kandis comes under the confirmed list in the first-half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The parcel is next to a landed housing estate and near executive condominiums such as The Brownstone and Skypark Residences.

The 7,045.6 sq m (75,838 sq ft) parcel has a maximum gross floor area of 9,864 sq m (106,175 sq ft).

It is slated for a part 3-storey and part 7-storey development.

The tender for the site closes at noon on April 7.
