SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the sale of a commercial/residential site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 under the confirmed list of Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the first half-year.

The site can potentially yield about 425 residential units and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 6,000 square metres of commercial space.

The tender for the 99-year leasehold site will close at 12 noon on May 24.
