SINGAPORE - A condominium site at Lorong Lew Lian along Upper Serangoon Road has been launched for sale by public tender, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said on Thursday (Oct 1).

The sale launch came after a developer committed to a minimum bid price of $250 million for the site, which was on Reserve List of the second half-year Government Land Sales Programme.

The 99-year leasehold site is opposite Paya Lebar Methodist Church and near Serangoon MRT station and NEX Shopping Mall.

The 14,001.5 sq m parcel can yield about 465 units and has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 42,005 sq m.

The tender for the site will close at noon on Nov 5.
