SINGAPORE -Major commercial and industrial property insurer FM Global said on Monday that construction on its new loss prevention training and operations centre here has begun.
The facility is in the Singapore Science Park, a research, development and technology hub, and will be six storeys and some 125,000sqft.
The S$80-million building will be constructed by Ascendas-Singbridge, and this will be the home of the FM Global Asia SimZone, the company's first hands-on training facility in Asia.
