The prices of private resale homes in Singapore edged up by 0.2 per cent last month, according to new data released on Wednesday.
This was led by an increase in the values of small and non-central resale private homes, the NUS Singapore Residential Price Index showed.
Small units of 506 sq ft or less in size changed hands at prices that were 2 per cent higher in July than in June.
Meanwhile the prices of resale homes in non-central locations, excluding small units, rose 0.3 per cent last month.
The prices of homes in the central areas stayed unchanged in July from June, the index showed.
