CapitaLand and Mitsubishi Estate Asia have launched a new condominium project in Bishan called Sky Vue, expected to be completed in 2017.

The 99-year leasehold condominium, which will have two 37-storey high-rise towers, is a three-minute walk to the Bishan MRT Station and a 10-minute drive to Orchard Road.

Prices range from $1,380 to $1,550 per sq ft.

The 694-unit development consists of 120 one-bedroom units ranging from 484 to 592 sq ft, 200 two-bedroom units ranging from 678 to 850 sq ft, 192 two-bedroom suites ranging from 797 to 915 sq ft, 174 three-bedroom units ranging from 1,141 to 1,259 sq ft and 8 simplex penthouses ranging from 1,744 to 1,905 sq ft.
