Perennial unit wins contract for eldercare health facility in Shanghai

A unit of Perennial Real Estate Holdings has won a contract to operate an integrated eldercare centre in Shanghai.

The 768-bed Fengxian Second Welfare Home will be the first and largest facility of its kind in Shanghai's densely populated Fengxian District when it opens later this year. It will also be the first government-built-privately-operated facility there.
