Kek Nian Tse: Resigned as financial controller with effect from last Friday. Ms Kek, 42, left to pursue personal interests.

She had been in the role since February this year.


Regal International Group

Lee Mei San: Resigned as company secretary and chief financial officer with effect from last Monday. Ms Lee, 40, left to pursue other career opportunities. She had been in the role since April last year.

Helen Poh Yan Peng: Appointed company secretary and financial controller from last Monday. Ms Poh, 42, was previously an audit senior manager at RSM Chio Lim, a post she had held since March last year. Before that, she worked at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Ernst & Young, United Overseas Bank and KPMG.


IFS Capital

Eugene Tan Hai Leng: Appointed group chief executive officer and executive director from last Monday. Mr Tan, 57, replaces Mr Lee Soon Kie, 56, who left to take an early retirement and for health reasons. Mr Tan has 32 years of regional banking experience. Between 1999 and 2013, he was with Citibank Singapore, where he helped launch the commercial banking business in Singapore. In 2007 he was appointed managing director of commercial banking and tasked with heading the business across Asean.


China Sky Chemical Fibre

Wang Zhi Wei: Left his position as non-executive chairman with effect from Oct 10. Mr Wang, 45, left to pursue other activities.

He had been in the role since May 2005.


Courage Marine Group

Lai Ming Wai: Named executive director and chief executive officer with effect from last Wednesday. Mr Lai, 56, was appointed as part of a board renewal process after a disposal of shares by Sea-Sea Marine and China Lion International.

Wu Chao-Huan: Resigned as managing director from last Wednesday. Mr Wu, 65, had been in the role since April 2005.
