Ng Jet Wei: Ceased to be executive director and deputy chief executive officer as of May 15. Dr Ng, 45, left to pursue other personal interests, and will continue his practice as a dentist at Q&M Dental Centre in City Square Mall.

Lee Wan Sing: Ceased to be chief executive officer as of May 11, after a majority of the board took the view that his employment contract should be terminated. Mr Lee, 40, remains a director of the board, and disputes the decision to terminate his contract.

Lim Kok Hui: Appointed chief executive officer as of May 11. Mr Lim is 46.

Yang Yihua: Ceased to be executive director as of May 12, due to personal reasons. Mr Yang, 62, had been appointed to the board in 2014.

Li Zengfu: Appointed executive director as of May 12. Mr Li, 52, resides in China and is also a director of China A-share listed Xi'an Qiyuan Mechanical and Electrical Equipment and Cecep Solar Energy Technology.

China Jishan

Xiao Ziliang: Appointed chief executive officer as of May 11.

Mr Xiao, 46, is currently the general manager of the company. He is also the cousin of the firm's executive chairman and substantial shareholder, Mr Jin Guan Liang.
