Tan Cheang Shiong: Resigned as chief financial officer (CFO) last Monday. Mr Tan, 37, left to pursue other career opportunities. He was responsible for the financial and management reporting functions and was appointed in 2011. The board will announce the appointment of the new CFO in due course.

David Yip Wai Sun: Resigned as non-executive chairman last Monday. He was appointed in 2000.

Mr Yip, 52, left due to other work commitments.

ecoWise Holdings

Pok Mee Yau: Appointed independent director last Friday. Ms Pok, 37, possesses the experience and expertise to contribute, said the nominating committee. She is a partner at JLC Advisors.

ISOTeam

Teng Ann Boon: Appointed as chief strategy officer last Tuesday. Mr Teng, 54, is responsible for the strategic planning, business and corporate development, evaluation and execution of the group's investments and acquisitions. He was previously general manager of ISOTeam TMG.

Riverstone Holdings

Tan Wang Thing: Named chief financial officer on Aug 15. Ms Tan, 41, had been interim chief financial officer since November last year. Before that, she was group accountant of Riverstone Resources.

Swee Hong

Mohamed Saleem Mohamed Amanullah: Stepped down as acting chief executive officer on Aug 16, as the company had appointed a new executive director on Aug 12.

He will remain as Swee Hong's chief financial officer.
