Lim Fei Yen: Appointed financial controller. Ms Lim, 43, has assumed the duties of the group's chief financial officer since May 27. She will be responsible for all finance, tax, human resources and accounting matters of the group. She was formerly financial controller at Hersing, Shopping Bag (S) and Tung Lok Restaurants.

Low Nengduan: Ceased to be the group's chief financial officer since May 27. Ms Low, 43, left to pursue other career opportunities.

Courage Marine Group

Zhou Jifeng: Appointed executive director as of May 26. Mr Zhou, 53, has held senior positions in several trading companies in China and has extensive experience in managing the businesses of logistics, custom clearance, auxiliary services and import and export of goods.

Elektromotive Group

Tan Chong Chai: Ceased to be executive director as of May 23. Mr Tan, 58, wants to pursue his personal interests. He had formerly been responsible for business development and setting the strategic directions of the company.
