Ma Hong Han: Ceased to be chief financial officer from May 9. Mr Ma, 46, left the firm due to personal reasons. He was appointed to the role in August 2012.

Liang Jianfeng: Appointed as acting chief financial officer from May 9. He was nominated for the position by a nominating committee after a selection process. Mr Liang, 40, had been general manager in the finance division at China Shipping Regional Holdings since November 2012.
