Kok-Kee Chong: Appointed chief financial officer on July 1. Mr Chong will report to group chief executive Aloysius Lee.

Chua Siong Kiat: Appointed interim group chief operating officer on July 4.

Mr Chua, 45, is responsible for the merger and integration of the group's new and existing businesses.

Fong Teck Loon: Relinquished his position as executive director on July 4 in view of the disposal of his shares in the company. Mr Fong, 51, has held the position since 2002.

Brenda Yeo: Relinquished her position as executive director on July 4, due to her personal and family priorities. Ms Yeo, 40, had been appointed to the position in 2007. She is the spouse of Mr Fong.

Teo Boon Leong Daniel: Appointed chief operating officer on July 1. The 52-year-old was previously the chief operating officer of Watsons Singapore and has also worked at Heineken Asia Pacific Breweries in China and British American Tobacco International.
